As we can accept your order and provide the services/material advertised on this site without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with. Application

These Terms and Conditions will apply to the supply of the services to you (the Customer or you).

We are Puzzle Pieces/MECLA, a funding bid consortium led by Accent Music Education Hub, Pyramid Arts Centre, Palmyra Square South, Warrington, WA1 1BL, Phone number: 01925 442610; (the Supplier or us or we).

These are the terms on which we supply all Services to you. By ordering any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Interpretation

  • Order means the Customer’s order for the Services from the Supplier as submitted following the step by step process set out on the Website;
  • Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website;
  • Services means the digital services advertised on the Website;
  • Website means our website https://www.puzzlepiecesmusic.com// on which the Services are advertised.

Services

The description of the Services is as set out in the Website, catalogues, brochures or other form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only. We may make changes to the Services available at any time and for any reason, and do not guarantee the permanent availability of the services.

Customer responsibilities

Puzzle Pieces/MECLA is funded by Erasmus+ and required to report on the uptake of the services in terms of both quantity and location. You must therefore supply accurate information to us on request, particularly when ordering material. Failure to comply with the above entitles us to suspend performance of the Services until you remedy it or if you fail to remedy it following our request, we can terminate your account and access to the material with immediate effect and without further notice.

Basis of Supply

The description of the Services and any Goods in our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the Services or Goods. When an Order has been submitted on the Website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay.

The Order process is set out on the Website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.

The services supplied on the website are, and are intended to remain in perpetuity, supplied free of charge. They are therefore supplied on an “as is” basis, with no warranty explicit or implied. Puzzle Pieces will use its best endeavours to ensure that the services are available and accessible until further notice, including the facility to re-access previous orders, but this cannot be guaranteed. Customers are strongly advised to download ALL digital files ordered as soon as possible and keep a local backup copy.

ALL of the material supplied on this website, whether as audio files, graphics, PDF music downloads, written instructions or any other material that forms part of the Puzzle Pieces material and its supporting material is COPYRIGHT Lucy Pankhurst and MECLA. Redistribution to other users is strictly forbidden – users who wish to acquire copies should be directed to this website to order their own copies. If for any reason this website is not accessible copyright restrictions remain in force. While we encourage the creative use of the material in classroom setting, none of the material may be altered, revised or edited in any way.

Excluding liability

Puzzle Pieces/MECLA provide the material on this website free of charge on an “as-is” basis. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the material is suitable for the use that the customer puts it to. This includes ensuring that National Curriculum links have been checked. Puzzle Pieces/MECLA accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, material or otherwise, or any regulatory failure arising from the use of this material.

Governing law, jurisdiction and complaints

Your use of this website is governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where the Customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of respectively Scotland or Northern Ireland. We try to avoid any dispute, so we deal with complaints as follows: If a dispute occurs customers should contact us to find a solution. We will aim to respond with an appropriate solution within 28 days.
